RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent or delivered to you. All items are made to order by Jay Davey or our basketmaker, Chris Beck. Bespoke items are not returnable unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.

BESPOKE SITE WORK
Insitu fencing and site work done by Jay Davey is based upon our discussions with you by email, telephone or in person. Measurements may be provided by clients before work commences on site and an estimate will be prepared based on this. Changes made by clients during the work period may incur additional cost. If a preparatory site visit is necessary before the estimate is prepared, a charge may be made, depending on distance involved.
Once the estimate has been provided and accepted, a deposit will be required to cover material costs and secure a booking. If you change your mind before items are made or materials purchased, your deposit will be returned minus a minimal handling fee.
BESPOKE ITEMS
All products are made to order and will need to be paid for in full before delivery.
DELIVERY
Due to the size and nature of the items we make and the low volume of products we produce, delivery by outside carriers/couriers is limited. Therefore, most items will be delivered personally by Jay Davey. To make this cost effective, deliveries may be combined with other work and therefore are scheduled in such as way as to be most economic. A timeframe for delivery will be given, to the best of our knowledge. Willow panels of a smaller size may be deliverable by Parcelforce or other courier. We have experienced issues with delivering to further reaches of the United Kingdom and therefore, please provide your address when inquiring. If you wish to pick up your items, we encourage this!
